Vogelsberg Grain Company began in 1976 with one truck, hauling grain for Michigan Elevator Exchange. In 1983 the Company was Incorporated and issued a Michigan Grain Dealers License, enabling us to purchase grain from producers, as well as provide trucking services for other companies throughout southeastern Michigan, Ohio, and Canada.  We continue to operate as a fully licensed Michigan Grain Elevator, with grain dumping/storage capabilities of approximately 500,000 bushels on our premises.

October 1, 2023 Vogelsberg transferred ownership to Lee and Ashley Haener. Lee and Ashley are the owners of Lee Haener & Son Trucking located in Peck, MI. The trucking company has been in business for 17 years. They own a few other businesses in Peck as well. They actively support the Sanilac County 4-H Fair, Peck Community Schools, Village of Peck, Eva’s Place, Peck Pee-Wee Cheer and are a member of the NFIB.
